What we measure
Download & upload speed — the raw throughput of your connection in each direction, measured in megabits per second (Mbps).

Packet loss — the percentage of packets that never arrive, which causes stutters and retransmissions.

Quality score — a single 0–100 grade combining all of the above, so you can tell at a glance whether your connection is healthy.
